POSITION SUMMARY
Lead Business Operations Support team in providing business process, application expertise and project management in support of North America Sales and Field Operations including sales reporting, documentation, user support, testing and deployments to drive operational excellence. Deliver support models, documentation, coaching and communication as part of change management and project deployments for North America Sales and Field Operations.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to associates. This includes personnel administration and performance evaluation for direct reports. Deliver performance reviews and development planning for all direct reports. Lead hiring, training, assignment, and termination actions for direct reports.
Provide strategic direction to team including goal setting, goal alignment and development plans focused on building business process subject matter expertise and project management capabilities.
Establish and track metrics to measure quality of user tools, user support, documentation, user acceptance testing and deployment activities, including measurement of established service levels.
Manage multiple programs which include projects focused on Trane North America Equipment, Service, Contracting and Parts businesses. Utilize project management tools and coordinate resource planning across multiple teams.
Collaborate with functional teams and business process owners to identify and prioritize process improvement projects that require support, testing and deployment resources.
Work with Enterprise and Sector Information Technology teams to analyze and resolve critical process and application issues impacting business productivity.
Responsible for financial management of department budget including forecasting, review and analysis of actual costs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's or MBA
Knowledge of Trane Sales and Field Operations processes preferred

2) Position: Clinical Project Analyst Job
Location: Mayo Clinic Health System - Any MN or WI work site
Job Description:
The Clinical Project Analyst independently manages multiple small, medium, and large-scale IT projects from inception to close including project definition, scope development, scheduling, resource management, risk identification and mitigation, budget and cost tracking, quality assurance, testing and change control. Utilizes established project guidelines, tools, checklists, templates and methodologies. Ensures communication between and among business proponents and stakeholders, the project team and IT management regarding the project. Ensures standardization and optimization of processes. Communication is complete, timely, accurate and understandable by all parties. Demonstrates effective use of group facilitation, team building and conflict resolution tools and processes to achieve a motivated and positive team atmosphere. Establishes and manages win-win relationships with vendors. Accountable to manage project within approved scope, schedule, resources and quality baseline.
Basic Qualifications:
Work location may be at any Mayo Clinic Health System site in MN or WI. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology or MIS. Four years healthcare experience with clinical applications and technical project management. A two-year degree with equivalent work experience will be will considered.
Other Qualifications:
Knowledge of clinical system interfaces preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills are needed along with the ability to learn technology and advise on process flows. Evidence of strong team building, communication, meeting management, and organizational skills. Possesses ability to multi-task & prioritize issues appropriately. Must demonstrate flexibility and resilience as work processes evolve through changes, delays and unexpected events.
