The chapter members meet monthly. Meetings vary in location but the agendas are similar. Each meeting includes dinner, followed by updates from the board. The remainder of the meeting is in the form of a presentation by a guest speaker. Topics vary in content but the focus is on project management and or the aspects of that.
The Board of Directors meet monthly and coordinate the operations of the chapter. The board also uses that time to review input it might receive from its members and uses that information for continuous improvement.
